The mission of PACE, INC. and Dr. Timothy Sams is to remove the barriers to neuromodulation by providing the highest quality, easiest, most efficient, and least expensive psychological clearances available for people with chronic pain. Dr Sams is able to provide psych clearances for Neurostimulation and Intrathecal Pumps in the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IL, KS, KY, MD, MN, MO, NC, NE, NH, NJ, NV, OH, OK, PA, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WV. Patients

As a patient, you have either been referred for a psychological clearance for neuromodulation pain device, or pain coping treatment. Dr. Sams offers an Opioid Education and/or Coping with Pain class, and his authored pain book, ABC's of Pain Relief and Treatment. You can download Dr. Sams' New Patient Packet (NPP) by clicking the blue button below. You must complete and submit the NPP before your appointment is scheduled with Dr. Sams.

Referring Offices

As a referring office, you can download Dr. Sams' New Patient Packet (NPP), an introductory letter describing the referral process, and a referral form by clicking the blue buttons below. For tele-medicine interviews, the completed NPP must be submitted with the referral.

Manufacturer's Representatives
